Project Description

Utilizing volunteer labor and homeowner participation in the construction process, we will build one home for a qualified Tallahatchie County Habitat family. Funds are necessary to buy materials and pay for required professional services such as electrical and plumbing. Upon completion of construction, the homeowner will be responsible for a no-interest mortgage, taxes, and insurance, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of their home.
